The performer, the grifter, the liar, the manipulator elected president of the United States proved last night that he’s become better at reading from a teleprompter and has a better speech writer than during his campaign. Supporters of Dictator Donald Trump (DDT) are proudly commenting on his “change” although they still admit that he’s better only if one judges him against his own past and not against others. Some even raved about his speech, his first to a joint meeting of Congress. Slate’s Jacob Weisberg’s tweet was on target about praise from the media:

“Enemies of the people giving Trump positive reviews for not sounding like a ranting dictator.”

Tom Perez, new DNC chair, described it well when he said that the speech was “Steve Bannon on steroids with a smile.” The only change was stylistic after DDT finished trying to soften the audience by condemning the anti-Semitic…
